How often do you make notes of things you would like to change whether be it a bad habit, smoking, lazyness, etc. I know I always struggle due to consistency and commitment. A few weeks back I started exercising and I was enjoying it but my routine got disturbed when I went home for a weekend and I forgot all about exercising, now when I came back to res I feel very lazy to even put on my gym clothes.
It’s crazy how just one day of missed daily routine can change your entire plans just like that. It’s important to always keep the promises you make to your self and sticking to your every day routine is a good start because your body will get used to it and that’s an achievement for you personally-you did it!
